At Whiteley we have been carefully reopening our facilities and allowing some of our clubs to resume their activities, in line with Government advice. But as our CEO Rachel Hill says in this month’s edition of `In Touch`, despite the need for income, our charity is choosing a more cautious approach to help protect residents and staff. With just three confirmed COVID-19 cases to date, we want to do everything we can to keep the virus out of the Village and we’re very grateful to all our residents, staff, volunteers and relatives for their support and diligence. In this month’s edition we’re also highlighting the work of our fantastic Estates Team – who after spending weeks delivering hot meals and groceries to our residents through lockdown, are now refocusing their efforts to get our beautiful 250 acre estate back to its best.
