The Trust is very proud to have so many dedicated staff who have worked at Whiteley for many years. In this month’s In Touch newsletter, we say a fond farewell to two of our longest serving colleagues – Ethna Mertens, Clinical Governance and Safeguarding Lead and Bino Jacob, Domiciliary Care Coordinator, who worked for our charity for 36 and 16 years respectively. Both will be much missed by colleagues and residents alike, and we all wish them well in the future. As one door closes another one opens however, and so we’re delighted to welcome two important arrivals however – our new Finance & IT Director, Ossie Klass and the new Registered Manager for our Care at Home Team, Karen Gilchrist.
