A message from Mark Henderson, Chair of The Whiteley Homes Trust
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Amina Graham as the new CEO of The Whiteley Homes Trust.
Amina spent ten years at 11,000-home provider RHP (Richmond Housing Partnership) as Executive Director of Corporate Services. Since leaving in 2018, she has broadened her skillset and gained experience in a number of other housing associations including L&Q (London & Quadrant Housing) and Housing 21. Until November 2024, Amina served as Interim Executive Director of Strategy and Growth at Accent Housing Group, a 21,600-home provider which offers various care and support services. She feels well-equipped to take on this Chief Executive Officer role, with her combination of customer centricity and ability to drive people-led transformative change.
She has always worked for values-based organisations where customers have been at the heart of decision-making, an ethos she has carried into the social housing sector, particularly at RHP where she was instrumental in driving a digital service offering to give customers “choice, convenience and control”.
Amina will begin on the 9th June and start a handover period with Rachel.
May I take this opportunity to thank Rachel for her outstanding work at Whiteley over the past seven years and ask you all to join me in welcoming Amina to the Trust.
