Amina joined the Whiteley Homes Trust in June 2025 and brings over three decades of senior leadership experience across both the private and social housing sectors. She is a versatile strategic leader, dedicated to delivering innovative, efficient and customer-focused services that drive positive outcomes for residents, the organisation and the broader community.
Her career began with a successful tenure at Marks & Spencer where she held several senior leadership positions in customer service, operations, business strategy, store development and leading business change. Over the past 17 years, she has held senior roles at several prominent housing organisations, including RHP, L&Q, Housing 21 and Accent Housing Group.
She is an experienced director with a proven track record in modernising operations and bringing about successful change through the harmonisation of people, processes and systems. She has been pivotal in improving customer and colleague experience, operational performance, harnessing the power of data and insights and enabling organisations to scale up and be fit for the future.
Amina is also an experienced non-executive director, having served on the Board of Network Homes. She currently sits on the Board of Paradigm Housing Group, where she chairs the Customer Experience Committee and has recently been appointed as Chair of Raven Housing Trust.
As an experienced leader in customer focused businesses, she feels passionately about getting the basics right to every customer, every time. Amina is excited to lead Whiteley Village into its next chapter, delivering lasting impact for residents and the wider community. She is committed to ensuring that Whiteley Village remains a great place to live, a great place to work and a great organisation to partner with.
Ossie has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He has over 25 years’ experience in senior financial and operational roles in accountancy practice, local government, housing associations and charities.
Over the last 20 years he has worked in supported housing covering a variety of client groups. Outside of work Ossie loves walking, going to the gym, doing DIY projects and music production. Ossie is married with three children.
Pippa has worked in Social Housing in London and the South East for nearly 30 years in various different roles at both large and small organisations. Her most recent role was Contract Manager at Southern Housing where she was responsible for delivering the reactive repairs and voids service across Surrey and Berkshire.
She previously worked at Crown Simmons Housing (based locally in Esher) as a Housing Manager and Property Manager and prior to that, worked at A2Dominion for 16 years. Pippa is passionate about providing an excellent service for residents and enjoys working for smaller organisations as everyone can make a difference. She is a Certified Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.
