The Village Hall

The Village Hall is a traditional hall space that comes with an extensive range of features and benefits making it ideal for a wide variety of events. At one end is the stage with backstage areas for costumes, equipment and toilets. The upper gantry at the opposite end is where the PA and lighting is controlled from.

Perfect for conferences, markets, theatre productions and exhibitions, it also comes with a sound system, parquet flooring, a bar area and side access for loading.

The Conservatory

The Conservatory, located in the Clubhouse, is a light and airy space ideal for meetings, networking, classes or small events. Tables and chairs can be arranged to suit a variety of styles and next door is the Whiteley Community Café. Tea and coffee can be provided in the room and you cam make use of the large flat screen.

St. Mark's Church

St. Mark’s Church, designed in the gothic style by Sir Walter Tapper, was completed in 1918. It is of the traditional cruciform plan with a nave, chancel, altar and pulpit. There is a lobby area at the rear, ideal for informal gatherings and refreshments as part of a service or event.

For those wishing to consider St. Mark’s for their own service, this beautiful church comfortably seats over 100 people, has dedicated space for wheelchairs, comfortable pews and a high-quality sound system and hearing loop. It can also be used for filming.

Woodland

Most of the 225-acre estate is woodland with a wide variety of canopy cover, grassed areas, pathways and a lake.. The different seasons display a changing variety of flora and carefully managed rhododendron. 

Amongst this diverse woodland, you will find beautiful settings for photography and filming opportunities. Alternatively, this environment is perfect for team building, school nature classes, nature clubs and corporate work parties.
