How can you help?

Offering 51 self-contained flats, Huntley House is our extra care facility and is the appropriate choice for those who wish to live independently but require additional support to do so.

Activities and social events are organised for Huntley House residents but there are other ways in which any extra help would make such a difference to the residents. Some of the volunteering opportunities include:

• Befriending
• Dog walking
• Collecting prescriptions and help with groceries
• Assisting with returns from stays in hospital

There is a public bus stop located directly outside, for those wishing to visit local shops and facilities, but sometimes, public transport isn't suitable so we'd be pleased to hear from anyone willing to drive residents to local destinations using transport provided by the Trust.
