Caretaker
We’re looking for a part‑time Caretaker to join our Village team, working 30 hours a week across a seven‑day rota between 11am and 10pm. This is a practical, hands‑on role for someone who can work confidently and independently, while also being a visible and approachable presence around the Village. You’ll help keep Whiteley safe, well‑maintained and welcoming, respond to day‑to‑day needs, and work closely with colleagues across all Trust teams to provide a co‑ordinated and supportive service.
As a visible and approachable presence in the Village, you’ll be someone who can engage warmly and confidently with older residents, offering reassurance, clear communication and strong customer care. If you enjoy varied work, can stay organised, and want to make a positive contribution to our community, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
